为深化中外青年学术友谊和交流互鉴，搭建世界青年科研人才交流平台，国家留学基金管理委员会2025年继续实施中国政府奖学金短期科研交流（英文简称China Link）项目。
To foster deeper academic ties and facilitate the exchange of knowledge between young scholars from China and abroad, the China Scholarship Council is pleased to announce the continuation of the Chinese Government Scholarship Short-Term Scientific Exchange Program (China Link) for 2025. This program aims to provide an international platform for the exchange of young research talent.
一、招募计划
I. Program Overview
（一）招募类别
(1) Categories of Applicants
普通进修生：适用于在校本科生、硕士研究生申请。
General Scholars: Open to currently enrolled undergraduate and master’s degree students.
高级进修生：适用于在校博士研究生、教职人员申请。
Senior Scholars: Open to currently enrolled doctoral students and academic faculty members.
（二）交流期限
(2) Duration of Exchange
1-12个月，来华起始时间不晚于2026年8月31日。
The program offers a flexible exchange period ranging from 1 to 12 months, with all participants required to commence their research in China no later than August 31, 2026.
（三）专业与授课语言
(3) Academic Disciplines and Language of Instruction
成都理工大学开设专业和授课语言详见附件1。
A comprehensive list of available academic disciplines and the languages of instruction at CDUT is provided in Appendix 1.
二、奖学金
II. Scholarship
在华期间享受全额奖学金资助，包括免学费、免校内住宿费、综合医疗保险费；按照中国政府奖学金标准提供生活费，其中，普通进修生3000元人民币/月，高级进修生3500元人民币/月。
Selected participants will receive comprehensive financial support for the duration of their stay in China. This includes full tuition and accommodation fee waivers, as well as comprehensive health insurance coverage. In addition, living stipends will be provided in accordance with the Chinese Government Scholarship standards: RMB 3,000 per month for general scholars, and RMB 3,500 per month for senior scholars.
三、申请条件
III. Application Requirements
1.非中华人民共和国国籍，品学兼优，身心健康；
1. Applicants must be non-citizens of the People’s Republic of China, exhibit outstanding academic performance, and maintain sound physical and mental health.
2.普通进修生申请人，年龄不超过45周岁；高级进修生申请人，年龄不超过50周岁；
2. For General Scholars, applicants must be under the age of 45; for Senior Scholars, applicants must be under the age of 50.
3.申请人须为国家留学基金委国外合作院校全日制在读学生或教职员工，国外合作院校列表及详情见附件2。
3. Applicants must be full-time students or faculty members at a partner institution of the China Scholarship Council. A list of foreign universities and further details are provided in Appendix 2.
4.满足学校相关学术科研能力要求及其他条件。
4. Satisfy the CDUT's academic and research requirements and other conditions.
四、申请流程
IV. Application Procedure
1.申请人需登录“成都理工大学国际学生服务平台”（https://cdut.at0086.cn/student）注册账户，选择在线申请→选择招生类别→2025年中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目-普通进修生/高级进修生”上传申请材料(具体申请材料详见附件3）。
1. Applicants are required to register on the “International Student Service Platform of Chengdu University of Technology” (https://cdut.at0086.cn/student), select “Online Application,” choose the appropriate category, and upload the necessary application materials for the “2025 Chinese Government Scholarship Short-Term Scientific Exchange Program: General Scholars / Senior Scholars” (for detailed application materials, refer to Appendix 3).
2.学校对申请人进行审核以综合考核后，确定拟推荐人名单，为拟推荐人出具预录取通知书。
2. CDUT will conduct a thorough review and evaluation of all submissions. Following this assessment, a list of recommended candidates will be compiled, and successful applicants will receive a pre-admission notice.
3.获得我校拟录取材料的申请人登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login）完成网上申请并上传相关材料（申请人系统操作指南详见附件4）；
3. Applicants who receive a pre-admission notice must then log in to the Study in China (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login), complete the online application process, and upload the required documents (a step-by-step guide for applicants is provided in Appendix 4).
4.我校将分批次前将推荐人选上报国家留学基金委；系统申请截止日期为学校上报国家留学基金委日期前10个工作日；
4. CDUT will submit the list of recommended candidates to the China Scholarship Council in multiple batches. The application deadline on the system is 10 working days prior to CDUT’s submission to the China Scholarship Council.
5.奖学金录取结果以国家留学基金委通知为准。我校届时会将录取结果通过各位申请人。
5. The final decision on scholarship awards will be based on the notification from the China Scholarship Council. CDUT will notify applicants of the admission results.
